2. Description of Service

Parenting Coach is an AI-powered application that provides parenting guidance and advice. The Service is designed to help parents navigate common parenting challenges by offering personalized suggestions and information.

Important Disclaimer: The advice provided by Parenting Coach is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or childcare advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for specific concerns about your child's health or development.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to the Service with a maximum of 5 questions per day. Daily limits reset at midnight (UTC).

4.2 Premium Plan

The premium plan provides unlimited access to the Service for a monthly subscription fee. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

4.3 Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your premium subscription at any time.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial months, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parenting Coach and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parenting Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

We do not warrant that the advice provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal information and chat history will be permanently removed from our systems.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
